This is a great way for non-divers to experience the underwater world for the first time. You will receive a short theory lesson on the basics of diving and also the marine life you may encounter. After that the instructor will take you to practice some shallow water skills to relax you and then you are ready for the dive!

Prerequisites

To enroll on the PADI Discover Scuba course you must be 10 years or older.

What you will learn

This 1 day course involves:

• 1 short classroom lesson on the beach or on the boat
• 1 shallow water skills session in crystal water
• 1 dive or 2 dives if you decide to do an extra dive

The Padi Open Water course is the first recognized qualification to allow you to dive anywhere in the world down to 18m. You will be taught by one of our highly qualified instructors in a fun and friendly environment.

Group size is very important, so we make sure to have a small groups of 4 divers max for 1 instructor to give you the best dive experience possible.

We also offer a private course for an affordable extra

Prerequisites

To enroll on the PADI Open Water course you must be 10 years or older.

A basic level of comfort in the water is important and you will have to demonstrate that you can swim 200m.

What you will learn

This 3 days course involves:

• 2 classroom sessions to learn the dive theory
• 1 confined water session to learn the skills
• 4 open water dives to put into practice all your have learned

Qualification – what this means

As a PADI Open Water diver, you will be competent to dive with a buddy to a maximum depth of 18m and you will have a qualification that is recognized worldwide. This qualification give you a credit to continue your education with and Advanced Open Water Diver that provide you more fun and experience.

This two day course really increases your skill and confidence underwater and also unlocks many doors to becoming a good diver.

Prerequisites

To enroll on the PADI Advanced Open Water course you must be 15 years or older. You may take the Junior Advanced Open Water course if you are 12 years or older. You must have already successfully completed a qualifying certification from a recognized training diving school or any diving industry.

What you will learn

This 2 days course involves:

• 2 compulsory open water dives (Deep dive and Navigation dive)
• 3 option open water dives (see below)

Adventure dive options :

Peak Performance Buoyancy:

• This dive is highly recommended as it improves your control in the water. You will spend time practicing some buoyancy skills and also tackle an underwater obstacle course.

Naturalist dive:

• If you want to learn about the underwater world we love so much, this is a good choice. We will help you to identify different types of marine life (vertebrates and invertebrates) and coral.

Search & Recovery dive:

• Use a compass and search patterns to find things underwater, and also learn how to use a lift bag to bring up large objects from the deep.

Photography dive:

• Take a digital camera for a dive and you will be spoiled for choice as to what to photograph. We will show you the techniques for using the camera and hints on how to take a great photo (CD with the images on is included in the price).

Night dive:

• A firm favorite for many divers is the night dive. You will see many different types of marine life than you would on a day dive. It’s an amazing experience and a highlight of the Advanced Open Water course (torch rental included in the price).

Multi Level & Computer dive:

• Learn how to plan a multi-level dive and then use a computer to stick to your plan. Very useful for deep diving and for becoming more independent in your dives!

Wreck dive:

• Explore one of our shallow water wrecks and be amazed at the fish life that they attract.

Qualification – what this means

As a PADI Advanced Open Water diver, you will be competent to dive to a maximum depth of 30m and you will have a qualification that is recognized worldwide. It will also give you the next step to your diving education to be a specialist diver or be coming an Padi Rescue Diver.

Padi Rescue Diver

This is one of the most challenging and rewarding courses you will do.

Day one you will have a theory session before heading out on the boat to be taught how to deal with many different situations ranging from panicking divers to unconscious divers.

Day two you will have a second theory session, before putting your skills to the test with a series of in-water scenarios.

This is a great course to finely tune your skills and also be capable of dealing with many potential dangerous situations.

Prerequisites

You must have a first aid qualification before you start the course and be able to prove it with a copy of the certificate.

If you have no first aid training it’s not a problem. We can teach Emergency First Response (4,500 baht) which only takes half a day and includes many valuable skills for diving and everyday situations.

You must have already successfully completed a qualifying certification from a recognized training agency, any association or organization.

This 2 days course involves:

• 2 classroom sessions
• a range of open water scenarios

Qualification – what this means

As a PADI Rescue Diver, you will be able to deal with many in-water rescue situations, from panicking divers to unconscious divers.

This two week course teaches you how to teach any Padi Diving Course from Beginner to Dive Master and some diving specialty.

It shows you how to conduct classroom sessions, demonstrate skills, and handle students in confined/open water sessions.

At the end of the IDC is the Instructor Exam (IE) that lasts three days. When you have your Instructor rating you will have become one of the most sought after dive professionals and are able to teach what you love around the world.

Prerequisites

To enroll on the IDC course you must be 18 years or older.

You must have successfully completed the qualifying certification from a recognized training agency or any diving organization.

What you will learn

This 2 weeks course involves:

• training on how to conduct classroom sessions
• training on how to demonstrate skills
• training on how to handle students in confined and open water sessions
• 3 days Instructor Exam at the end of the second week.

Qualification – what this means

You are qualified to teach all courses, with the exception of the IDC. You will have a professional Instructor qualification that is recognized worldwide in a Diving Industry, enabling you to work all over the world.
